The Sandbox

The Sandbox is where our favorite Baby Einstein characters gather to play, problem-solve and have fun. Each five-minute episode explores an area of curiosity relevant to our 2-4 year old audience. Since the four weathered planks of wood that make up the structure of their sandbox are no obstacles for their imaginations, the entire universe is available to them for each new adventure.

Xylophone
Dean accidentally breaks his brother's xylophone, so the group searches the sandbox for sounds that can replace the lost key.
The Globe
Cal brings a globe to the sandbox, and the gang learns about countries, climate and the equator.
Nature
Zen brings a planter to the sandbox, and the gang learns about how fruits and vegetables grow from the ground.
Vehicles
The gang uses the wheels from Earl's broken car to imagine themselves in all sorts of different vehicles.
The Big Clean Up
After throwing a party in the sandbox, Neptune and Opus show everybody how to clean up and take care of the sandbox and the planet.
Hail the Hail
When a storm comes, the gang seeks shelter and learns about how hail works.
My Plate
Neptune decides to eat only cupcakes, until Dean teaches him about the value of a balanced diet.
Who am I?
Patches finds a mirror in the sandbox, and the group learns the difference between seeing someone's outside and inside.
Shapes
Roxy and Dean bet on whether Dean's sandcastle is made from shapes, or just from sand.
Building a Band
It's the first annual musical performance in the sandbox, and the gang learns about how instruments work together to create music.
